1. As the IEEE is now a joint technical sponsor we are 
   pleased to announce that the conference proceedings will 
   appear in IEEE Xplore.

2. The paper upload facility will be available early next week
   at the web site http://ecctd05.ucc.ie/paper_submission.shtml
   Papers will only be accepted via this web interface.
   If you have problems uploading papers, then please 
   email me at info@ecctd05.ucc.ie with UPLOAD PROBLEMS
   clearly in the subject line.

              "Innovation through Understanding" 

The conference will be devoted to all aspects of circuit
theory and techniques and both analogue and digital signal
processing. The emphasis is on new circuits, simulation, modeling,
and signal processing. In particular, design techniques for future
telecommunication systems as well as system architectures and circuit
implementations for neural computing are covered in the program.

The presentations will be in the form of contributed and invited
papers in regular and poster sessions. State-of-the-art talks
are delivered by keynote speakers. Authors are invited to submit

At least one author of each paper MUST register for the conference by 30 May 
2005 for papers to be included in the program.
